This is quite a throne honoring the King of Kings. I searched high and low – well, actually I just Googled "Jesus chair" – to find a source for or story behind this saviorly seat. All it turned up was a bunch of references to the concept of using an empty chair in a church or classroom to suggest that Jesus is sitting amongst us.

Yeah, right. Why would He be sitting in your empty, uncomfortable, folding metal chair when He could be sitting on this fine piece of craftsmanship?

I wanna sit on His lap and tell Him what I want for Christmas.
