It's possible that only 35 percent of my readers know the Rich Boy song "Throw some D's," but I led with the reference anyway.

This pic was snagged from a Flickr photostream of a car show in Hawthorne, California. The inside of the wheel rim features an airbrushed scene of a glowing, robed Jesus and a pit bull's face just to the left of Him.

It's the kind of imagery that renews your faith in the Christian, wholesome goodness of West Coast car customizing. I hope there are mini TV screens in the back of every seat playing The 700 Club while this vessel cruises down Hawthorne Boulevard.
