I can't say enough about my enjoyment of this particular image of Jesus.

First of all: the cat! Here at J2K headquarters, we love all of G-d's creatures great and small, but cats really do rule. Especially wild Arizona mountain tabbies like this one.

Second of all: Sedona! An anonymous disciple came across this image on the cover of what s/he identifies as Sedona Magazine – although we can't confirm that as the actual title. (The only Sedona Magazine I could find online was a pretty tame tourist rag.)

I can definitely see how this illustration could end up on a publication related to Sedona, though. It's a place where Mother Earth lovers go to feel the energy of the desert mountain vortexes and seek spiritual guidance. Remember when Axl Rose used to visit his guru named Yoda in Sedona? Yeah. Sedona is cool like that.

Cool enough to have this golden god of a Jesus with a ravelicious glow headband on, two mid-flight peace doves, and that darn cat on the cover of its magazine.

All this talk about cats and Yoda makes me want to link back to the week when my cat Yoda was Jesus of the Week. Click it or ticket!
