Aw, nuts. More vampires to kill?Well, at least Buffy's got some help. And He's got holy fire power and kick-ass karate moves to boot.
Jesus Christ Vampire Hunter, a fine feature film (read B-movie) written by Ian Driscoll, is a classic tale of good vs. evil-- Jesus H. Christ vs. the army of blood suckers. But don't expect the artful romanticism of Anne Rice's world of vampires.
Just get a load of this little snippet from the virtual pressroom at OdessaFilmWorks.com: "Combining kung-fu action with biblical prophecy and a liberal dose of humour, the film teams the Savior with Mexican wrestling hero El Santos against mythological horrors and science gone mad, and also manages to address contemporary sexual politics. And did we mention that it's a musical?"
Thanks to Tom Dow, Jr. for pointing this one out.
