There is a woman in Iowa who loves to sculpt. She has been doing it for over 40 years, God love her. Her favorite subject is cows. Her favorite medium is butter. She has dabbled in renderings of Garth Brooks and President Eisenhower, and on at least one occasion she has sculpted Bible stories with the fatty food spread. At right, behold her Land O' Lakes masterpiece of The Last Supper.

Some folks call her Duffy. But, the world knows her as "The Butter Cow Lady."

It's just nice to know that somewhere in the heart of God's great United States, there is a butter sculpture of Jesus and a woman with really greasy hands.
