I'm glad I finally know who to thank for the most holy cup of coffee money can buy. I should have known those pink and orange emblazoned fried dough franchises are as sacred as churches, and the coffee and donuts inside are gifts from God.Every order for a cup of coffee at Dunkin' Donuts is met with the question, "Cream and Sugar?" Those two words should be added to the Lord's Prayer. For Thine Is The Kingdom, The Cream and The Sugar, Forever and Ever, Amen.
There's no do-it-yourself, fancy-pants, skim milk and turbinado, fixin's bar like at Satanbucks. The Dunkin' Donuts artisans do the full service coffee routine for you. And when you put that styrofoam cup to your lips, the coffee tastes like God's nectar. For that, I say, "Thanks for dying, Christ!"
The donuts are good, too.
Thanks to John P. for taking this divine photo.
